the actual PSC has to be disbanned in their actual form.THE REASON(3 or 5) commissionners (appointed bureaucrats)are not a match against the utility monopolies with their money,staff,lawayers,shareholders etc..there is no way they can impose or regulate something if the monopolies don't like it.On the other hand 3or5 employees decide how much the people customers have to pay whithout customers representation in their decisions.The solution is simple because the customers pay every expense from the paperclip to the poles the wires the pipes the meters,the salaries,the bonusses the dividends,etc. and do not share in the profits what is UNFAIR this for profit corporations should lose their status and declared COOP'S rendered the PSC/OPC and staff obsolete contributing to the balance of the state budget

FPL/PE monopolies with the Help of PSC terrorise and bilk their customers (mostly Seniors )out of money they need to survive ,this is OUTRAGEOUS ,IMMORAL purely CRIMINAL should be percecuted AS ,tbeir grid seized as Public Property and opened to the competition no nukes in the Sunshine state

concerning the commissionners of the PSC they should be fired immediately for corruptive negligence without any compensation. be banned for ten years from all jobs in public,civil ,lobying entities

the troubles in the PSC are a trend from all commissions they are sold to the same people they suppose to control but in the case of FPL/PE their actions contributed to bilking the customers mostly Seniors on SSecurity,Pension etc, Out of money they need to survive in one word their actions are CRIMINAL and need to be adressed AS.Concerning FPL/PE the Monopolies behind the curtains ,Terrorising their customers for to long should be fined the maximum ,their GRID declared Public Property to open the market to competition.repay restitution and revew their billing practice

I hear always kibling over funding education where is the Lotto,Wal-Mark ,Target,and others money .how much will the public school system cost???? I think there must be flagrant abuses in the salaries of the supers & company

Power Energy bill their customer twice without overside of the PSC.my complain is still unanswered the first charge is the meter,the second is energy all expenses needed to produce and transport the power to the house. but the third is Fuel PE maintain with a straight face that no profit is made.and slap the consumer with a charge superior to charge nr.2. The 1000kwh limit is also a rip off in this hot weather.this is all done under the nose of the PSC "the independant entity"!!!!!
