Very glad to hear that you're getting the creative juices flowing again, just before w00tstock 2.2! =) See you on Sunday! -Wendy Wilwert

Ahh, Magic. Wow, that totally takes me back to high school in the early 90s. I played, but... I sucked at it pretty hardcore, and ended up giving my cards to one of my nephews. I was HORRIBLE at deckbuilding, I always put way too many cards in my decks because I couldn't bear to cull any of them. I also was not competitive enough, and getting my ass handed to me by 'friends' who were really poor sports and enjoyed rubbing my face in their triumph every time we played really made the 'fun' aspect of the game diminish quickly. Alas.

Maybe you ought to give NaNoWriMo a shot this year, to help you get over the hump. 30 days to spit out 50,000 words, no editing, no judging, just tear down the floodgates and see what comes of it. Give yourself permission to suck - you can always edit later and make it awesome. Could be cathartic. ;)

Love the podcasts, Wil, they're a great way to start the week. I honestly don't even notice the and/ums... it just sounds very personable and conversational. I like it! On an unrelated note... d'you know if there's any actual, legal way of watching your TBBT episode online after it airs tonight? Where I live, the only broadcast channel I'd be able to pick up if I bothered with an antenna is a religious channel, and when given a choice between paying for cable or satellite TV, and broadband internet, I chose the Internet. CBS.com sucks balls and doesn't post any full episodes, and they don't seem to put the episodes up on Hulu, either. I WANT to be able to watch it with commercials, so they can get revenue and be able to, y'know, pay you and your fellow actors... but they're making it damn hard for me to do so. Maybe now that you're kind of a big thing over at CBS (as shown by your TBBT promo spot), you could whisper in some ears and point out the folly of their ways? Or, y'know, failing that, beat them around the head and shoulders with a +5 cluebat of smiting? Something. I, and the other fans, would all thank you. A lot. =)

ya know.... if you ever, maybe, happened to feel like coming to the Midwest... I'm sure the good folks who run Geek.Kon in Madison, Wisconsin would love to have you do something like this... *hint, hint, nudge, nudge* ;) http://geekkon.net/

ZOMG. I thought I was the only person who put lyrics with the TNG theme to go along with the credits! LOL I used to do the same thing with DS9, too. =)
