The only thing I got in my eyes are tears! Holy carp, Wil, and rest of the crew, that was amazing and lovely and heartwarming and tear jerky. Thanks for sharing!

Hurm...so, "show her my stamp collection" isn't what I thought it was going to be. Damn, now I have to find stamps. The magnifying glass will be needed either way. #crossesfingers #hashtaginablogcomment

Face? Book? An app? All used to ask my wife out on a date? Your world frightens and confuses me. I hope she types/clicks "yes"!

Thank YOU, sir, for thanking us. As a husband to a Presbyterian minister, and a christian, it hurts my heart when so-called Christians act like major douche-canoes. But you, however, are a saint! Saint Wil of the Internets! HUZZAH!

I will read anything that has Francesco Francavilla on art: Some of the Detective comics, Black Panther: Man without Fear... He is splendid! I'll read anything written by Nick Spencer (creator owned): Morning Glories, Infinite Vacation... I love the duo of Scott Wegener on art and Brian Clevinger writing on Atomic Robo! The latest run of Witchfinder: Lost and Gone Forever is beautiful with art by EC Comics legend John Severin! I'll always be a Batman guy. I am digging Dick Grayson as the Gotham Batman. Batman and Robin is a fun read with some new additions to the rogue gallery. I just can't quit the Batman.

OH EM GEE! I totally forgot to mention the Tiny Titans! I picked it up on FCBD2009 for my then 7 year old daughter and now I am hooked! Great fun from Franco and Art Baltazar!

This might be weird 'cause we're the same age, but will you be my daddy? Great post.

I was just doing the same thing with my comics! And I just re-read The Killing Joke. Good stuff. My current monthly pull-list: The Walking Dead, Batman and Robin, Batman(always), Morning Glories, Amazing Spider-man and Cowboy Ninja Viking. The TPBs I've been getting into are Irredeemable, Atomic Robo, Y: The Last Man and Hellboy. Might I recommend a classic comic? Mr. Monster. Great comic if you can find it. I'm talking about the old Eclipse Comics. I can't speak to the Darkhorse run they did of him. Hilariousness in every issue.

I'm a little slow catching up on the Burritos, but I'm very glad I did! This was great! The audio quality is reminiscent of the audio version of The Hobbit from BBC radio even with the music fading in and out. Kudos to you dear Sir! Very well done!

I already said this on the tweets, but happy birthday, Sir Wil Wheaton! I "sang" this song on my tweet, too, though it's much cooler from the source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fxmX230bzc I wish I would get some cool tweets on my 38th birthday next month but being an introverted geek it would just make me blush so nevermind. I hope it's been a most excellent day for you!

I had THE BIGGEST crush on Moose when I was 13 or 14 years old around this time. It saddens me that you weren't able to meet her. *le sigh*

Sigh...very nice post, sir. Being the same age as you and with kids now (I even named the girls after a ball player, Orel and Hershiser...um, not really. uh. nevermind) I have thoughts of my past recklessness, look back with fondness and shudder. But, I guess we'll vicariously experience them through our kids, huh? Once again nice post.

Whew! I'm dreading the nite I stay up waiting for my daughter, who is now 7 years old to come home. *Verp* I just threw up a little in my mouth. My bro and I (he 40, me 37) had an Atari 2600 and the Sinclair 1000. Good times, sir, good times. Sigh... Concerning the audio of MotF: I'm still holding out for a MST3K version. It's okay. I'll wait. Maybe I'll just read my copy of MotF outloud while I watch ST:TNG episodes. But that would suck 'cause I do a bad Wil Wheaton.
