If it weren't for a historical anomoly like the Cuban Adjustment Act, you would be illegal just like the Mexicans that Rush loves to hate. #2 - The NFL is not technically a partnership, but essentially it is a partnership. How can you possibly compare the standards that you hold an employee to, to the standards that hold a partner to? It is preposterous. I want to know about the morals of my future partner. I want to know how it affects my business. I don't really care as much what an employee does outside of work, as long as they do their job. If Rush were an offensive lineman, then no one would care. But, as a possible partner, they should care.
