You have got to be kidding me.
Exactly cig... WHY doesn't ANY person that interview the Anthony's question them regarding that very point. They always tiptoe around them. TO CINDY: If you never saw Casey and Caylee apart, if Casey was such a good mother, why would she need a nanny to care for her daughter when she was NOT working? You found out she lied about working all this time, so why would she need a nanny? How would she pay for a nanny? Does that make any sense to you? BUT, Cindy and George would just make up some stupid response...so it doesn't really matter, I guess. You have to KNOW that they DO believe their daughter is full of BS. How can ANY person with ANY bit of reasoning or sense go, "OH yeah, you didn't work for 2 years, but YEAH, I totally believe you and understand why you needed a nanny." Did they EVER ask Casey WHAT she was doing WHILE Caylee was with this supposed nanny if she was NOT working? NOPE...cause they are / were afraid of the TRUTH. The "truth" shall set Casey free, Cindy said! HA! The truth will set ALL OF YOU free, Cindy - not just Casey. POOR CAYLEE! RIP!
It's all a big mess, that's for sure. I find it interesting that Jon and Kate are promoting each of their respective "laundry airings" as ultimately "doing it for the children." That's a load of BS, if you'd ask me. They're used to a lifestyle now and they're afraid they're going to have to give it up and be - for lack of a better term - normal. In my opinion, they should have ended the show when there was a hint of marital problems. Contract or not - as Kate likes to say "I'm a contractor honorer" - blah, blah!, if there are children involved, I am sure there was a loophole in the contract concerning a split OR I am sure something could have been worked out. Otherwise, Jon / Kate could have dragged TLC's rep through the mud for NOT letting them out of a contract in a "difficult and sensitive" time where they needed to regroup and put their children FIRST. Ultimately, that's what it all boils down to - putting the children FIRST. Granted, they would not have had all the vacations, special treatments, special gifts, etc. that they received (including their HOUSE, I believe!) had they NOT been affiliated with such a program from the get-go; however, it's time Jon and Kate go back to a "normal" life, get "normal jobs (the kids ARE in school now!), and create a NORMAL life for the kids where cameras do NOT follow them. Yes, money IS good for the kids, but HOW LONG is this going to continue? Somewhere down the line, Jon and Kate are going to have to do something else for income and it's not going to involve the camera. BUT, since this is NOT really about the kids - no matter what Jon or Kate try to tell us - it's about MONEY for THEM, I doubt that's going to happen soon.
