Chef Mom and I went and visited the Blue Ridge Assembly last week so we could get great pictures and the full scoop on the location for our upcoming Mountain Retreat and let me say that I am pretty darn excited! The Blue Ridge Assembly YMCA camp is nestled into the woods of Black Mountain surrounded by nothing but trees.
