That's really awesome, giving users the choice. Roku gives, gives and gives some more, so I think it's fair that we should pay for these new channels. They've made an excellent device, and kept it updated (as well as fixed bugs in a timely manner).

...can't wait to upload contents of the dvd onto the 'net for all my friends. Good luck ripping a Blu-ray disc. And what would be the point, anyway?! It's a free disc, moron.

...Christopher Walken, Morgan Freeman, and William H. Macy! Yeah, but with all of them relegated to acting in movies like Wild Hogs, I am tentative about trusting a movie like The Maiden Heist. The trailer's OK, but still.

I co-run Streaming Soon. Over the past few days, we've been getting hits on SiteMeter from the domain of 989studios.com (And upon clicking the details, it displays the ISP # and name of Sony North America). Video gamers will know this name very well. 989 is now a PlayStation absolved brand. I didn't think much of it the first time I saw it pop up, but after multiple hits, I believe this could be a sign of a PS3 future for streaming, and an inadvertent leak. The strangest thing is that 989Studios redirects to the US Sony's page directly, which I don't fully understand... I don't know, take it with a grain of salt, because we do get hits from Microsoft corporation, and even a recent hit from The Senate (Seriously.). So, yeah, it gets pretty weird around our parts.
