This is it! Back by popular demand, we will once again be hosting an Olympic Lifting workshop run by James Mesbur. The format for this one: Saturday, June 1st at 11:00am 3 hours of instruction Snatch - 45 min. Clean - 45 min. Jerk - 30 min. Accessory exercises (addressing weaknesses and faults), training, programming - 30 min. 10 minute breaks between 30 minute Q&A at the end.
