Thank you for the recipe. Roasted Chicken is one of those stand-bys in my house on Sunday evenings. Both of my kids love it, no matter what recipe I try. That said, my favorite is from Tom Colicchio's Think Like a Chef. His recipe calls for you to brown the bird on its sides, prior to popping it into the oven to roast. It gives the thighs a few extra minutes of cooking so you don't cook the breast meat as long. It is pretty much fool proof.
