re:"thoughts on the Future of Catholicism" If you mean the church celebrating the Novus Ordo Mass, I fear that its future is on the same trajectory that began in the 1960s. It is one that will asymptotically approach zero unless reformed. Pray the Rosary if you have the Faith. Hope that somehow various Orthodox strains of the Church and the remnants of Traditional Catholicism ( such as those organized by the late French Archbishop Marcel Lefevre ) will serve as a nucleus to effect the reform.
