So sorry about your fall, totally rubbish when these things happen but at least you can crochet. Hopefully soon you will totally run out of your stash that you don't like and you can begin to enjoy every single stitch of your other yarns xxx Your blankets are lovely and you work mighty fast I must say, your ripple is coming on leaps xxx

So... I am on holiday again, for Beltaine. Sadly the sunrise wasn't exactly visible on Saturday, and we didn't go to the sea because the idea of trying to get a very elderly husky with a wobbly back end into the car quietly at 4am in the morning was too much for all of us. So we stayed home...

Some beautiful photos there and your dogs are Gorgeous. I really want a dog(a little one though as I can't walk very far at the mo) but I am being fought all the way on it. I have just finished a baby blanket with calico and I did prefer the Wendy Sorento I used with it but I do like the calico especially as it is much more practical wash wise than some other yarns. My fave at the moment is cashmere merino(if only we had the cash to make it the only yarn) I am using this for my blanket and the cotton blends for the children.
Your glass of wine sounds like a fabulous idea. I am surrounded by crochet and plan to relax with it and Flickr this evening. Have a wonderful weekend xxx
