Here is a recipe you can have as a signature cocktail. Makes 2 drinks. Red sanding sugar 1 lime wedge 10 whole cranberries 8 ounces vodka 1 ounce cranberry juice 1teaspoon vermouth 1. Place sanding sugar into a saucer big enough to encompass rim of a martini glass. Rub rim of each glass with lime wedge. Dip glass into sugar; rotate until rim is evenly coated. 2. Skewer 2 toothpicks with 5 cranberries each and set aside. 3. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix vodka, cranberry juice, and vermouth. Strain into glasses and garnish with cranberry skewers. It serves for 44 guests. 10 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (about 30 oranges). 4 cups freshly strawberry juice (about 3 pounds). 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6 lemons). 1 cup Campari 16 cups Asti Spumante or any Champagne of your choice 16 cups ice cubs 16 strawberries, for garnish In a 2 gallon container, combine juices; chill.
