Tall and PROUD - both of them. Should be. I wish my custard HAD been a little softer, but it was really, really tasty. Yours is such a beautiful shade of yellow. And the whole tart looks perfect.

Looks soooo much better than mine. Mine was overcooked even tho' I kept an eye on it. But the taters were really good.

Love all your stories. If it helps, my son is now 19 and has no trouble telling me he loves me - even in public. Now when he was 6 - 12.... different story.
