It seems that so many people have been complaining to no end about the current weather. Since I live in an area where bad weather is a rarity, the complete freak outs that I have been seeing all day are socially acceptable. I wish people would not whine about it because there is a giant silver lining to these clouds. It is a perfect excuse to break out those fabulous coats that are in the back of our closets with the price tags on it. We get to throw on those slouch sweaters and cute accessories. Everyday when my mother leaves the house in her heels I wish that I could have foot reduction surgery to make my size tens into a graceful eight. You would too if you're mother was running errands in shoes like these: Red suede Marc Jacobs. They look AMAZING with a pair of black cigarette three quarter length pants. Her beautiful Miu Miu heels that look like they belong on the feet of a woods princess. And then there are the shoes of all shoes. The gold Guccis. For some reason I have this great fascination with what women carry in their bags. After all, many of us are seen slugging around these huge somewhat impractical things, so what on earth do we fill them all with? I know it is slightly voyeuristic, but I don't care.
