Jenn Cohen's Chocolate Mousse (Vegan, raw, gluten-free) Ingredients: 1/4 cup pitted medjool dates, soaked. 1/4 cup agave nectar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1-1/2 to 2 avocados, pitted 1/4 cup raw cocoa powder or more to taste 1/4 cup water Place dates, agave necter & vanilla in food processor and process til smooth. Here are some great recipes from our fans that are both sustainable and healthy! Adam Cohen Healthy Strawberry Crisp Ingredients: 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon all spice 3/4 cup sugar egg substitute for 1 egg 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1 cup soy milk 20 strawberries 1/4 cup walnuts Directions: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
