I am an white male American that has lived in juarez from 2001-2006 on and off and actually to me it was a law abiding town for the most part. I just can't believe how things have gone on in the last three years. I have some very close friends there and pray for them all the time. I just hope things soon get back to a better state like they were before because I was a nice warm and sunny place to visit. God Bless Ciudad Juarez!
