I agree. It's much more of a take-it-easy ritual in Italy vs. the American happy hour which seems to be about getting in as many cheap drinks as possible.

I never get tired of learning new recipes using my favorite ingredient...pork! I would never have thought to use ground pork. That's genius!

I love the simplicity of this dish. I usually sautee shrimp and add it to pasta, but I've never baked it before. I'll be picking up some shrimp at the market today for sure!
