Paper jams, security problems, user error... What are the biggest annoyances about managing printing problems at the office?

Finally! After being computer handicapped for the last week+, got it fixed. Virus attacked..thought I had built Fort Knox but apparently NOT. Had to wipe the whole system and install everything fresh and new beginning with the OS! Finding pwds and user IDs for all my sights has been a task in itself..now i know to keep a paper trail...Now back to getting things started. Continue reading
