Kyle Rambeau
Los Angeles, CA
My name is Kyle and I am currently in my last year of Law School. Born in Colorado but raised in Michigan, I went to Michigan State for my undergrad (Go Spartans!!) and moved to Los Angeles in the summer of 2009 to pursue a legal career in the Entertainment Industry. My dream job would be to professionaly manage and represent up and coming musical artists and bands, but landing any legal job in the Entertainment area out of law school is my #1 priority right now. I'm easy going and very social once you get to know me. Hope you enjoy reading my blog(s). 1
Interests: hockey, music, college sports, running, dancing, learning, traveling, having fun and being amazing.

When a four-paragraph negative review of an academic treatise prompts a criminal libel case or a European royal launches litigation over a blog post, well, are those clear signs that a certain Continental metropolis has become the new ‘libel tourism’ capital? It is always interesting to wonder about how real people are portrayed in movies and what, if anything, that individual is going to do regarding certain misconceptions. Well, Mark Fischer and Franklin Levy of Duane Morris LLP recently wrote a very interesting article directly related to this topic, focusing on... Continue reading

The media has recently incorrectly credited a song to Justin Timberlake entitled "Take You Down" saying that it was leaked online but actually is a song by Danish artist Rasmus Thude.
