The Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Is it possible that there is just one "best" chocolate chip cookie above all others? I think not. However, this particular cookie definitely deserves a spot in the CCC Hall of Fame. It's not that I am that particular about my chocolate chip cookies.
