We notice several users having this error appearing in the "Perform Status Enquiry" result text, when the Network License Manager is not working. Hi Madmarv, I’m sad to know that you have reported a similar issue and you did not receive any answer from us. I was trying to check the status of your case, but unfortunately I've not been able to identify any report from you about a similar problem. Can you provide to me the case ID? Antonio
Autodesk identified an issue when in a specific scenario, the Sheet Set Manager is using DWG files stored in a Windows 2008 R2 server with SMB V2 active. As soon we open a Sheet Set from the server, Process Explorer shows that the process AdcomFolderWatch.dll uses until 50% CPU utilization,... Continue reading

A license server can have multiple NIC, each one has a different Eth. Address. LMTOOLS displays in the System Settings, Ethernet address field, the Eth. Address for each NIC present in the system. Hi Jimmy, for the Scenario 1, the behavior is correct. You will be able to run 12 AutoCAD MEP together with 4 Navis Manage, only if two MEP 2012 are running in the same machines where Navis Manage is using a BDSU license. Is how it works. Because MEP 2012 cascade and belongs to the BDSU, if a BDSU license is already in the machine, MEP will use it. This behavior is shown in the LMTOOLS tab “Server Diags” the correspondent product code shows “Requests from the same USER/HOST do not consume a new license”. For the Scenario 2, even if the products are installed with the Bundle product key, they will cascade as described in the technical solution 2012: Cascading Sequences for Autodesk Products. You will be able to run 12 MEP in this scenario as well.
