I am an aromatherapist and flower essence practitioner - petals and potions are my medium with which I create personal care products. My goal is to support and possibly help heal the hearts that use them. I aim to make the journey more pleasurable in even the tiniest way by a sumptuous sniff or sentilating heart quiver. I want to touch the earth gently and make a difference at the same time.

At each change of season I love to see what scents come to mind for me to create my seasonal blend and when. I really don't push it (although I do try to have it done before the equinox or solstice for any given season). I became motivated to make... Continue reading

For quite a while now I've had an interest in the moon and her cycles, women and their cycles (the hormones at 'play') and the correlation between the two. About 10 years ago I was in a class about herbs and fertility and the teacher suggested we purchase a moon... Continue reading

Absolutely LOVE and resonate with this "Home will always be wherever I lay my head: the Earth, and with my little people. Until they begin to make their own roads, that is." Love to "go" myself but it is nowhere in the cards for me now. Loving your description of your hard earned and light-filled liberating journey. Thanks so much for sharing. So excited for the unfolding for you and yours, what fun and discovery await!

“People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don't even recognize: a blue sky,... Continue reading

Wow Julia this looks fantastic! You (and your "team") do such great work. Can't wait to learn more and have a meal there. Sounds like just the kind of place Napa needs and will love.

I don't consider myself a 'chakra specialist' by any means. However, I am intrigued by these seven energy centers in our bodies and how they connect with different areas of our make up and lives. And I do believe that if our chakras are balanced we feel more harmony within... Continue reading
