Most embarassing moment... That's a toughie, either I don't embarass easily or haven't done anything embarassing lately. I fell in our company's parking lot while walking in a couple weeks ago. Straight onto my butt, there was no stopping this fall. Thankfully ?? I was walking amidst rows of cars... Continue reading

The thing you're most afraid of... There's lots of things I'm afraid of, although the fear of them don't rule my life. Like heights, extreme heights. Like visiting the former-Sears Tower in Chicago, entire glass wall looking out to below? No thank you. Claustrophobia, being too closed in and not... Continue reading

I was losing my creative mojo with all of the business-y aspects of a handmade business - online marketing, creating enough to keep the shops stocked up. Ever try to force creativity? You can't. Well you can, but you end up hating your end product usually. So what's a girl... Continue reading

I do love these pumpkins, all that velvet lusciousness. I love the ranch colored set. And I love that white set - could definitely take the pumpkin-ness into winter decorating with those!

Hi, Looks fabulous! I've been wanting to take the issuu plunge too. Was it easy and how is the cost? Is there any cost/one time fee/monthly fee? Great job!

So glad to hear the flat iron technology has changed. I spent a small fortune on a Chi years ago and I have to swipe through a few times and it removes hair along with it! Although I have regular hair disasters, one that stands out in my mind was in 2000 I decided to try a perm again. Half of my hair took, the other half didn't. I looked like the cowardly lion :)

OMG we are kindred magazine inspiration saving spirits! I am so not organized into an official hard bound "look book" though, you go girl! I usually have a pile of magazines. Then I finally go through them and ear mark things I like. Then they sit around and I go through the ear marked pages and if I still like them, I tear the entire page out of the magazine. Then I have a pile of magazine pages for a while and sort them into categories like fashion, home decor, etc. THEN if years later I still like them, I bind them onto card stock. No idea why I just never bought a blank-paged book? It's like manual Pinterest!
