For my Keeping It Real Series, here are my 10 Confessions on the 10th of June: 1. I don't eat eggs. The real story behind this is that when I was younger, I had an Unbaked Cookie Dough recipe that I loved to make. We raised chickens. We had a... Continue reading

I am so happy to hear that Tracy - thanks for sharing! Our friends and family always love this recipe as well. It's such a perfect recipe for fun entertaining! Good to know that doubling the recipe served 20. Was that a mix of adults and kids or just adults? This would be helpful for me to add to the recipe. Thanks!
I love your idea of avoiding refined sugars during the week and then indulging on the weekend! I'm going to "copy" this goal for myself (and my family) this summer! Love it.
Mmm! What a treat to find a non-mayo salad that sounds divine yet healthy! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for referring me to your website and for your thoughtful comment about my great looking recipes that you'd like to feature on your site. I am interested in checking it out. Again, thanks for the feedback!
I love it Jane! Thanks for sharing your continuation of this fun tradition with Pickle Elf! What an adorable idea.
Hi Amy, I apologize for just reading your comment! Ugh, I wish I could have read this sooner but perhaps you have not left for your fun month-long RV trip to the National Parks (sounds amazing). For ease with camping, for the blueberry muffins, I actually used a Jiffy Blueberry Muffin box! (Gasp, I know, but it was all about the ease of preparation while camping!) They turned out so great! This year I want to try them with a homemade blueberry muffin recipe, which of course I will share! I am always looking for great/easy camping recipes. What are your favorites to have on the road?
Hi Mike -Thanks for commenting. I am a huge fan of pulled pork too! What is your favorite roll or bread to eat pulled pork with? And yes, I do like to treat my Hubs well, as he does the same for me!
Thanks William - I was just like you, trying out various granola bar recipes yet seeking the chewy version closer to the flapjacks from Graze. I hope that you find these to be a closer version than the others you've tried. I love the consistency of these and having the ability to swap out ingredients, similar to the various Graze versions, will be fun to experiment with as well.
You are welcome Tiffany. So happy to have found another flapjack fan! I hope that you like them as much, if not more, than the tasty Graze version.
Yay Nichole! I hope that you enjoyed the recipe and found it to be close to the Graze flapjacks!
Thank you again for sharing your delicious recipe! I appreciate the step-by-step photos too. Now, if I can hunt down the grape leaves.
Hi Anastasia, Yes, by all means use frozen berries! I use frozen berries most of the time for baking as we have such a small window of time that our berries are truly fresh and flavorful (vs. grown in a greenhouse with little flavor). You can substitute strawberries or any other chopped fruit that would hold shape in the baking process. We have loved this recipe for years and it's a true family favorite. I'm so thrilled to have been able to make it slightly more "healthy" by swapping a few ingredients. Ha! Let me know how it turns out!
