Hi Michelle! I don't know what could have happened. Maybe it's the settings in your printer. I think the easiest way for you to work with what you printed is to attach another piece of paper and tape it. Another alternative if you have enough space is to grab a ruler and just draw what remains of the pattern following the original pattern's line. Thank you!
