Whether looking to improve your business and/or personal image, knowing what clothes to wear and buy are essential to projecting confidence and success. Instead of struggling trying to figure out what to wear and how to shop, consider a personal style consultation or an on-line consult, so you can learn exactly how changing your wardrobe to be perfect just for you, will allow you to know what to wear and buy, so you can stop saying you have nothing to wear. “After last night’s webinar, I was very careful with what I chose to wear. When I went to weight watchers this afternoon I was talking to one of the women after class and she said to me, “When you walked in I had to take a double look. You looked like you lost a lot of weight since you were here last time. You really look great!” I felt as though I gained 10 pounds in 6 weeks but I was thrilled to get on the scale today and saw that I only gained 2. That was a gift. And feeling good about the way I looked was also a gift. SB, Ct Did you get your FREE report from me yet? I am now offering virtual consultations for those who finally want to know what to wear? Want to know how to look attractive, sexy, professional, stylish, successful? If you feel like you have lost the look and feel of the woman you remember but not longer see in the mirror, please read about a few of the tips I use when working with my clients. As a certified professional image consultant and wardrobe stylist, I always try to help my female clients gain and/or re-claim their inner Goddess when choosing what to wear and how to look attractive again to themselves! For starters, when I take them shopping I have them try on pieces and sizes that they would never have selected on their own. Here are a few other tips and tricks I provide my clients. * GET A BRA FITTING AND NEW BRAS. By lifting up their breasts, their waist is revealed and they feel perky and sexy once again. I actually had one over 50 year old client scream out loud with joy from the lingerie dressing room when she saw her breasts lifted up like they were when she was younger. She truly did not believe she could look like that again and she nows feels sexier and confident in her ability to still look good! * BUY CLOTHES THAT FIT YOUR BODY, and not just the size number you think you are or want to be. In other words, go for fit and let your curves (or the illusion of them) show. By going for what fits the largest parts of a woman’s body, and taking in any gaps (usually at the waistline), my clients discover the beauty of their bodies and actually stand taller and smile more brightly. Women tend to get so hung up on only trying on one size, that they lose the ability to look great and sexy by wearing flattering fitting clothes. * NO MORE COVERING UP IN OVER-SIZED CLOTHES. So many women believe that by wearing boxy oversized clothes they think they look thinner, when in actuality they look bigger, disappear and look anything but sensual. I have my clients wear clothes that show their bodies and they discover feeling like women again and not like a clothesline! * WEAR A BELT. Adding a belt, especially to the larger size woman, gives them a major boost in their feeling sexy as they now have waist definition. This always makes them feel sexy as they now have an hour glass, va, va, va, vom, shape! “Today was so much fun! Thanks for your help! My closet looks much better and I feel much better knowing I can wear the things in my closet. I also learned a few things along the way! Who knew I was a gold? Now I can’t wait to go shopping! This was a great birthday treat for myself.” —J.F. Looking for wardrobe stylist tips? Be sure to click here to get 5 Secrets to Instantly Improve Your Image. “You never get a second chance to make a first impression.” is a familiar saying. Ruth Sherman a well respected public speaking coach added, “You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Seth Godin wrote a blog awhile back about the importance of finding your business brand essence. His point, and I agree, Is that you shouldn’t have to search for it as you should already know what your message and purpose in your business already is. I loved this final line in his blog post: “Clothes don’t make the man, the man makes the man. Clothes (and the brand) just amplify that.” It isn’t just what you wear, but how you speak and what you want others to believe you are capable of. You are like a wrapped gift to all those around you. I help make your wrapping paper and bows reflect how fabulous you really are, but what’s inside is just, if not even more, as important! ATTENTION SHOPPERS: Have you signed up for Ebates yet? Shop Smart magazine had a great packing tips article regarding how to pack light for a vacation. I take it a major step farther, as when I travel I only bring a carry-on suitcase. Yes, it is a challenge, but when your wardrobe is all coordinated, you would be able to as well. Last month I was in South Beach Florida, staying at the gorgeous W Hotel, and managed to pack in my carry-on, 2 dressy & multiple casual outfits, along with pool attire. It can be done, and here is how I did it for a previous trip to a wonderful week away in sunny and hot Arizona a few years ago. I give and live the packing tips I suggest to my clients and readers. I recently took 8 days off to travel with a great friend to stay in her beautiful, and thankfully air conditioned, Arizona home. No major decisions to be made, other than trying to figure how to pack everything I need in 1 carry-on bag. So what did I take? 1 pair of shorts khaki 1 pair shorts black 1 dress black, off-white & brown print 1 pair white capri pants 1 top blue 1 top black 1 top blue/white print 1 pair sandals off-white 1 pair black sandals 1 pair sneakers 1 workout outfit 1 bathing suit 1 red handbag So what jewelry could I take that would work with every outfit I put together? Well, that was the easiest decision I had to make on this vacation. I had purchased a wonderful coral & turquoise necklace, that complimented all my clothes and made me smile every day. Find a necklace that goes with many of your outfits. If your wardrobe is customized to consist of only the colors and styles that are right for you, you will discover how well one or two pieces of jewelry will work with more outfits than you could ever have imagined. 1. The most annoying sound in an office is the flip, flopping of flip flops!!! When did it become okay to wear beach attire to the office? What happened? An appropriate option are sandals that strap your feet in for what can become a bumpy ride out of a job if you don't dress in proper work attire! 2. Bras are labeled to be in the UNDER garment category becasue they are to be under your clothes and out of sight. Nothing says unprofessional more, than bra straps peeking out from your clothes either by accident or on purpose. 3. Clothes that are too tight. We all gain weight, so learn to embrace this cold hard fact by wearing clothes in your actual size, and not our fantacy size. In other words, get a grip on the sad truth and stop letting your clothes have a grip on you! CONFESSION: I write this as I sit here upset that I have gained weight and many of my clothes are too tight now, so I won't be wearing them for a while. I'm taking my own advice! Don't let this be your closet! Sometimes it is best to let the customer have the last word. Today, I felt she should have the first word as well, as Diane explains her results of working with me so well! "After a presentation by Scarlett, at our Professional Organizers meeting, I offered myself up for an intervention with my all black clothes and accessory filled closet. It has been all-black for over 30 years! As a New Yorker, black is the uniform color, and I felt safe wearing it all the time. Eight to 10 of us had an intervention party complete with hors d'oeuvres and lots of wine (for me). First, Scarlett analyzed my colors and I was ecstatic and relieved that black was still a color that complimented me, but she showed me how I can add many other colors to make my outfits "pop"! So after years of 20 pairs of black pants, 15 black skirts, black suits.... I have since bought color accessories, blouses and pieces to mix up my all-black. Now when I come to work in color, I receive more compliments than ever." Thanks Scarlett!! Diane Bushwick, Stamford Ct. Did you get your FREE 5 Style Tips report yet? Everyone is talking about Miley Cyrus in her bizarre and disturbing performance at the 2013 VMA, MTV Video Music Award show. If you have not seen it, and it is something to behold, go to YouTube, and search for Miley Cyrus at the VMA 2013 show. You might hate or thank me for sharing it with you, but read on before you judge me too harshly. Once I stopped saying ewwwwwe, closed my wide open gaping mouth and controlled my uncomfortable laughter, I realized that Miley Cyrus simply does not know what sexy is. Miley Cyrus was barely singing and her dancing to Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines, was in my view very similar to Elaine’s moves in the classic Seinfeld episode. Jerking and contorting does not mean dancing. Check out one of my favorite TV scenes below. Neither Elaine or Miley Cyrus appear sexy with their moves. I am convinced that the majority of men who watched Miley Cyrus perform in the VMA show, vowed to be celibate after watching her attempt to be sexy. Which leads me to ask: How does a women look and act sexy? Well, the wrong way was explained very well by Miley Cyrus, and the right way is demonstrated every day by millions of women, either in public or on TV and magazines. These are just a few of the things I believe makes a woman sexy, and they have nothing to do with clothes, breast or lip sizes. 1. Self-confidence 2. Wisdom 3. A large variety of life's experiences 4. Sense of humor 5. Compassion 6. A generous heart What would you add? You won't believe how many of my clients need to get the item in my first step, and how much simpler it is for them to get dressed in the morning once they have it. So if you are TIRED OF YOUR MESSY CLOSET? I’ll show you how to organize your clothes so you can find what you need and how you will then be able to create more outfits than you do now. Click on my Closet Guide cover, and for just $9.97, you’ll see the inside of my closet and how my tips will work in yours. Bonus: You’ll be getting a Video tour of my closet and how I use these 10 tips to keep my closet organized so I can easily see what I have and create multiple outfits with far fewer clothes than I bet you think I have. As a savvy and creative personal shopper, I help you save money when shopping for clothes. Do you find yourself buying the same thing over and over? Are you always buying black pants, even though you already have more than 3 pairs? Another pair of black shoes and/or handbag? And really, how many white shirts do any of us really need? If you answered yes, then you are guilty of over spending money on your clothes and as a personal shopper, I can show you how to stop wasting money on clothes you probably don’t need. If you see duplicates in your closet, then you have spent money on items you really did not need, and did not buy the clothes and accessories that would have truly expanded your wardrobe. As a personal shopper, I select clothes for my clients that are unlike what they already own, and will expand their abilities to create more outfits then they ever thought possible. Many women tend to reach for the clothes they are familiar with when they go shopping. The trouble with that, is they then limit how many new outfits can be created with what they already own. Next time you hit the stores, resist the urge to buy what you already own, and buy something you don’t! "As the owner of a marketing agency, personal shopper Scarlett understood the "look" I wanted to achieve. She presented me with mix-and-match options that were age-appropriate and budget-friendly. Now, I feel much more confident when I am making new business presentations, facilitating client meetings and attending networking events. I actually look forward to getting dressed each day. I can't wait to shop with Scarlett again!"—Heather B. Habelka, Principal, Red Poppy Marketing Red Poppy Marketing Did you get your FREE Style Tips Guide from me yet? Personal Shopper Scarlett DeBease taking a rest between getting great deals As a wardrobe stylist, I just had to share with you a great article that I read in Real Simple magazine about where to find the best deal – outlet or off-price retailer. I myself have never been much of a fan of shopping outlets, as just like the article states, much of their merchandise is made for the outlet itself, therefore not the big bargain they want you to think you are getting. Typically the merchandise made for the outlet is of a lower quality and although it can be fun to go from store to store, I find that you can still get a better deal at off-price retailers such as TJ Max and Marshalls. Based on my personal and professional wardrobe stylist shopping experiences, I still find that I get the best buys at retail store sales, and it is always worth checking out on-line sales too. On-line shopping is also a lot less exhausting than outlet shopping, allowing you more time to organize your closet and create some new outfits with your bargain purchases. If you like this post and want to learn more, be sure to click here. “Wardrobe Stylist Scarlett, is a pleasure to work with. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and fun! I loved playing dress-up with her guidance. She arrived with a bag of tricks, ready to work in my closet to prune, create, tweak, and suggest wardrobe additions. By the time she left, I had a small pile of clothes to donate, an understanding of my most flattering styles, many outfit options, and a shopping list for wardrobe enhancements. She followed-up by emailing the photos she took of all the outfits we had created (accessories and all), which will make getting dressed and packing for trips much simpler. Don’t even question whether or not to hire her. Just do it! Wardrobe Stylist Scarlett has a great eye, is creative, understands clothing and different body types, and is a really fun to work with. Have you worn everything you bought on your last big shopping trip? Recently one of my clients told me how she was so excited that she had actually worn everything she bought on our first clothes shopping trip together. What really struck me, was that I never thought that it would be any other way, but her comment reminded me how often women do go clothes shopping and how very often simply end up not wearing what they purchased. Have you found yourself doing the same when clothes shopping, therefore experiencing buyer’s remorse? Well, it happens to the best of us, but the trick is to learn from mistakes so as to not keep repeating them. Here are 4 Don’ts to keep in mind the next time you feel the urge to go clothes shopping. 1. Just because the price is right, does not mean you’ll ever wear it. If it isn’t right for you at full price, it won’t look better on you at 50% off. 2. Resist the urge to buy what you already have. Ex: Another black dress or pants. 3. Don’t buy the ‘must have’ color, unless it looks good on you! 4. Never buy something too big or small. Only buy what fits now, as you can always shop again if and when you need another size. "Scarlett is AMAZING!! I can't believe I waited this long to find someone like her. I don't like shopping, and SHE DOES and she has the best eye. Before working with her, I was in old, tired, out of date wear. Now I look and feel terrific. Somehow she finds the PERFECT clothes at an INCREDIBLE price. I can't wait to have her line up my fall fashions. Thanks Scarlett! “You should know that EVERYONE raves about my new wardrobe. —Linda T. Ct. Looking for wardrobe stylist tips? Do You Have Presence? Are you projecting a professional image when you speak or meet prospective clients? There is more to having the right professional image for personal and business success than just wearing a great fitting pair of pants. Although you should never underestimate the importance of donning the fit, colors and style that flatter you the most, remember also that presence is required; def: the impressive manner or appearance of a person. A while back, I had the pleasure of hearing Kevin Carroll speak to a group of women entrepreneurs. Mr. Carroll is a professional speaker, trainer and facilitator. He teaches people how to be better problem solvers and how to get their messages across clearly, concisely and confidently. When I heard him speak, he clearly communicated to the group the importance of not only the clothes you wear, but how your body language, tone and speed of your speech affects the message that you are sending to your superior, coworkers clients, family, and friends. The way you are perceived is key to how one finds success and happiness in all aspects of life. Here are a few of the facts that Kevin Carroll shared with those of us who were fortunate enough to attend his presentation on Leadership Presence: Others judge us within 20 seconds of meeting us. In a job interview, 90% of the decision whether or not to hire is made within the first three minutes. A study by Clairol found that companies projected salaries up to 20% higher based on a job applicant’s appearance. *How you say something is as important as what you say. *Power and status are established very early in any relationship. *People judge us based upon their perception of us. *Their perception of us is based upon the image we project (how we look, act and sound) which is directly related to our nonverbal behaviors. *When we are perceived as being highly competent as well as highly likable, we maximize our ability to persuade, influence and lead. Presenting your best image includes many aspects, such as how you dress, smile, shake hands, stand, speak, eye contact and even your table manners. In other words, it takes the whole package to get the respect, job, salary, and interest of those you are trying to get to pay attention to you and the message you are sending out. Your presence reflects who you are, and in business the image you project is your virtual resume and business card. So how can you be sure that you are putting your best self forward? Begin by dressing in clothes that work for your personality, lifestyle and body shape. Notice how when you are dressed in flattering and well- fitting clothes that you start to not only look but also feel more confident. You will then find yourself standing straighter, smiling brighter, speaking with a more confident voice, and sending out a very positive and welcoming message. Perhaps you can try videotaping yourself speaking, or talk to yourself in the mirror, so you can see what type of presence you are projecting. Note how your clothes are fitting, how you are standing, speaking, hand movements, and where you eyes travel. Do you appear insubstantial or impressive? What do you see that can be improved? Just by changing your wardrobe choices and posture, you can transform your current presence. As an Image Consultant, it is my job and mission to show my clients how they can improve how they look and feel, and nothing makes me happier than when I see how people’s eyes brighten when they like what they see in their mirror. "You sell confidence – it is the result of working with you. I felt very confident today that I looked good. While how you look is not everything it is a huge part of what we say to the people we meet about who we are, what we do and how we feel about ourselves….You take the guess work out of that.” M.K. Pick about 10 items from your closet and ask yourself the following questions: * How do you feel when you wear it? Attractive or insecure? * Does it accentuate or diminish a part of your body you wish was smaller? * Is it in poor condition? Stains, holes, or missing buttons? * Do you feel frumpy or fabulous when you wear it? * Can you eat anything while wearing it? Know that feeling? If the clothes don’t flatter you or should not be worn, then why hold on to them? Go on, just take 30 minutes to analyze those questionable pieces, and you will be on your way to having a closet that will offer you many choices and not chaos. “I loved our Nordstroms shopping trip! Want to look thinner in your pants? You can look thinner when you simply take out your pockets. What????? Ever notice how sometimes those front pant pockets, that you never use, tend to bunch up or pop out? Notice how puckering pockets do not make you look thinner in your pants? If that happens, those unnecessary gapping pockets visually add width to our middle sections, and who wants that? A simple solution, is to cut out the pockets and if needed, have a tailor stitch them closed to keep them from sneaking open. It is especially beneficial to cut those pocket linings out in white pants. They always show thru the pant, which simply doesn’t look right, and by removing the lining the problem is solved. Summer is here, the air conditioners are humming, and I bet you want quick and easy ways to update your look without losing your cool. So here are 4 instant makeover tips for you, that you can easily and without any expense, start implementing right now to update your looks. #1. Wear your top out and not tucked into your waist. This will instantly make you appear thinner and taller and will also take a few years off your look. #2. Change your hairstyle. Try bangs, change the side you part your hair, pull it back or wear your hair loose. Just try to wear it differently than you usually do, and next time you are due for a cut and or color, let the stylist make a suggestion rather than you telling him or her what you want. Hair grows back, so be open to experimenting a bit, and embrace change for a change. #3. Don’t wear the same outfit over and over again. Instead of grabbing the same top and bottom that you always do, combine pieces that you normally don’t put together. Try wearing a nicer than ‘everyday’ top with your jeans, to update your look. or wearing another pair of shoes. And when you go shopping, DO NOT buy something you already have. Odds are you already have the black pants and white shirt! Right? #4. Finally, the easiest and most effective wardrobe change that you can do, is to roll or push up your sleeves. This is one of the most important tips I give my clients, as by utilizing this simple styling tip, you will be amazed at what a difference it will make to your image. Give all or any of these instant makeover tips a try, and let me know which are your favorite. Go here to get your FREE copy of my 5 Style Tips To instantly Look Younger, Thinner and Taller. I simply could not have explained the fashion makeover process of Mindy Kannon working with me, a wardrobe stylist, better than she did herself. Thank you Mindy for such a great blog post on our first two makeover appointments together. I Am A Plain ol’ Jane! By Mindy Kannon – Digestive Health Coach They say that it only takes 3 seconds for someone to judge you by your looks. Ouch! I have never been one to care much about my looks. I was cute enough. My mom tells me that I was down-right adorable as a baby. I was never unhappy with how I looked and lucky enough to be okay looking. But as I do more speaking engagements I am finding that I need to think about what to wear and the image I am trying to create! Wow, that is a real big pain. So recently I hired Scarlett DeBease. http://www.scarlettimage.com/ I was a little nervous I will admit. She was coming into my house, my bedroom, my closet – oh boy! I did do a little organizing so she could see what I owned. When the day arrived, I was psyched at all she showed me. First we took a picture of me before: She showed me what colors looked good on me: brown vs back, gold vs silver jewelry and what neckline is best. She then went through my closet and created outfits from the clothes that fit the criteria. I got rid of a ton of clothes and happy to do so – really happy. I had a lot of stuff and it was always a little depressing that I had nothing to wear even though my closet was full. She took a lot of pictures so I would remember the outfits. We then went shopping. Okay here is one of the big revelations – I had a bra fitting – first time ever! Wow! Was that an eye opener. I now have a bust-line in the correct place…hahahaha I am small but it was definitely misaligned if you know what I mean. We found lots of clothes that looked great and had fun doing it. Personal shopper tip: Size doesn’t matter, but fit does. Do you only try on one size, and if it doesn’t fit you give up on that piece of clothing? Instead of passing on that item, why not try it on in another size, even if that means going a size up. For instance, when looking for the right fit in pants or a skirt, look for a smooth fit at the hip, and if needed have a tailor take in the waist . Men use tailors all the time, and you never hear a man complain about what size they wear. Women, on the other hand are very self conscious about what size they wear. I see too many women pass up on getting a great fit simply because they won’t wear anything not in ‘their’ size. There is even a women’s clothing line that does not put the size label in a visible spot on their jackets, so that women do not feel uncomfortable when the jacket is resting on the back of a chair. So cut your size label out if you cannot stand the sight of it, but remember that nothing looks or feels better than a good fit. Want to have an organized closet? Does your professional wardrobe reflect your business, image and personality in a positive manner? When you meet a prospective client, employer, conduct a seminar, lead a meeting or give a presentation, are you confident about your professional wardrobe’s appearance? Feeling good about what you are wearing, and not self-conscious? I have a client who told me that before she worked with me, she vowed to NEVER again attend a meeting without dressing in a way that not only made her look, but also feel, confident and in charge. She recalled a time, when she was directing a meeting with a client, but instantly felt weaker when the client showed up dressed perfectly and seemingly took over the meeting! How could her client appear in charge? The answer is easy; if you are not secure in how you look and feel in your clothes, you will then lose your focus and control of the meeting. Your priority should be on impressing upon your audience your expertise as to how you can solve their problems. The last thing you should be thinking about is how you look or feel in your outfit. When you feel like your clothes are too tight, loose, frumpy, out of style or just plain boring, then you are missing out on the opportunity to focus solely on your end goal, which always is to get the positive outcome you’ve worked so hard on achieving. You want to, and must be taken seriously in order to get the respect and consideration you need and deserve. Do you ever: 1. Tug at your clothes to get them in place as the fit is not right? 2. Worried about how much more you can eat that day before a button, seam or zipper might pop? 3. Feeling self-conscious about your appearance? 4. Worry that your clothes are out of style or dated looking? 5. Concerned that your clothes make you look older than you are or feel? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then you risk losing the chance to get the outcome you’ve worked so hard on achieving from your meetings or presentations. Getting the result you want, and have earned, happens far more easily when your professional wardrobe reflects your abilities and objectives. Choosing a professional wardrobe, whether a business casual or professional wardrobe that allows you to feel and look professional, attractive, comfortable and competent is absolutely obtainable and essential to a women’s business success. If you want to know what your professional wardrobe should be, then as a professional image consultant and wardrobe stylist I can show you exactly which colors, style and fit are perfect just for you. Scarlett saved the day! I had 3 different perfect outfits, one for each event ready to go after just 2 hours with her and my mess of a closet. We haven’t even been shopping yet. I can’t sing her praises enough. Plus, my room feels so clean and organized now. It’s so simple to get dressed every morning. Drew Barrymore Need A Lift? You just might, so here is why you should get new bras and what you need to do to care for them. Did you know that when you are wearing poor fitting and old bras you most probably look older than you are or feel? Who wants that? Remember what Grandma used to look like when she was wearing the wrong bra or shudders, no bra at all? Now, you don’t want that to ever be you. Not sure what look Drew Barrymore was going for, but my guess this was just a huge mistake. Without a proper fitting bra, your waistline appears bigger, clothes don’t fit properly, and you look hunched over. None of these seem like desirable options, so please consider finding out if the time has come for you to get new bras. Have you ever had a professional bra fitting? If not you don’t know what you’re missing! When you discover what size you really are, as chances are you are indeed wearing the wrong size, you will be delighted at how good you and yours can look in the right bra. If you have gotten well fitting bras, but it has been over a year since you replaced them, then it is probably time to get a new fitting and replace yours. I know they can be very expensive, and it hurts to have to replace them, but odds are that after one year, they are no longer doing the job they were intended to; keeping you up, centered and proud! Read what Linda The Bra Lady has to say about how long bras really do last, as she is a well respected expert in the field of getting proper fitting bras. Once you have good bras, read how Good Housekeeping gives the important tips on how to care for them, so that the investment in your bras last as long as possible. Remember that not only will you look better, you’ll also feel a lot better when you see how uplifting this experience will be. There are so many wardrobe styling and fashion experts on TV telling you, complete strangers, what to wear that you don’t really need my advice anymore. Or, do you? Do you know that when the wardrobe styling personalities on TV make their recommendations as to what the must haves are for the season, they typically are representing the stores that carry the merchandise they are plugging? Their job is to stimulate sales and not to make sure that you are wearing clothes which show off your best features, and hide the ones you like the least. Just think back to whenever you might have seen the Ambush Makeover segment on the fourth hour of The Today Show with Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb. Women anxiously wait outside for hours, hoping to be chosen for a clothes, hair and makeup makeover. They show up in sweat pants or mom jeans, and walk out with a great hair style and makeup, wobbling in high heels often wearing a cocktail dress. Many times they cannot see how they look in the mirror until they put their eye-glasses back on, while struggling to walk in shoes that throw them off balance or possibly cause them nose bleeds due to their footwear imposed high altitudes. Now I love the new makeup and hairstyles the Ambush Makeover candidates receive, but I am not impressed with their wardrobe makeovers. Why not style these makeover winners in clothes that they can use for their real world lives? Perhaps pants that can be dressed up or down along with shoes that are comfortable yet good looking? By the way, those type of shoes do exist and I always get a thrill out of the reaction of women when they try them on for the first time. Recently I was watching a fashion segment on the CBS show, The Talk. I was so aghast at how most of the hosts were styled, that my daughter sneakily took a photo of me. The look of horror on my face was hysterical and gave us a great laugh, but ake a look at the video and see if you agree with me. These before and afters makeovers are of a few of my clients, and notice how not only do they look younger, thinner and taller but also confident, successful and professional.
