How can the Board justify paying Rapfogel such an outlandish salary? What could he possibly do to warrant over $400,000.00 per year? The entire Board (comprised of supposed businessmen) should resign immediately. Doubtful they would pay one of their employees such a salary for a similar position. Not suprising Rapfogels wife works for Shelly Silver (feecle vermin) that corrupt, machine, hack politician. Why should NYS & NYC have been funding this private organization? Rapfogel was in essence paid with our tax dollars.
