As a complete outsider and attorney, I was appalled at Mr. Kirby's behavior, but I will also say that it is soooo obvious to an outsider that this district has major problems and both sides have allowed it to get so personal and emotionally charged that in the end the children are the ones that will continue to suffer. Not only does the school board look bad but the parents standing around taking pictures, calling the police, etc. didn't look completely innocent. Who would want such a story to be publicized. It's embarrassing for all involved!
