I believe anyone off the street is better than Wide Left. Sturgis cost us 2 games last year. Even in college Sturgis missed field goals in key moments. He is a good place kicker. But I bet if they wanted B.Fields will be a better place kicker. I bet Fields will always kick a touchback. We need a consistent Kicker. I couldn't care less if he can't kick a 60yd field goal. As long as he is automatic inside 50.

I know Devlin is not a fan favorite like Matt "MVP" Moore. But over the past 2 off seasons Devlin has been the better QB over the past 2 years. And we are paying to much for a backup. If, Tannehill gets injured. Which he won't. Specially with a better O-line. And Devlin has been to be real bad. The worst that could happen is we have a Top 5 pick next year, and Tannehill coming back from injury. And L.Miller is a better RB than K.Moreno. D.Williams is a better RB than K.Moreno. With a new improved O-line we will see the real L.Miller. And hopefully Lazor doesn't go away from the run in the second half when it is working in the first. And we finally have the OGs to run Screens and Sweeps. Not Ben & Jerry. I really like that pickup. D.Williams is a "Value" Acorn, and whatever else you want to call him D.Williams is built like a RB and runs like a RB. He automatically makes Thigpen and Gillislee expendable.

Top 3 needs of the off season. #1- LT, #2- RT, #3 OG. That is all Hickey had to do to win the Off season. That and Resign B.Grimes. Señor Hickey did it, without having to Overspend on Free Agents or having to Overdraft on a Tackle in a Weak Tackle draft. Getting a #2 RB, resigning Starks, and possibly getting the future #2 WR are bonuses. I give Hickey a B for the off season. B- for free agency, B for the draft. B+ for Cap Management. We are still in Position to have a good off season next year. Which is always good. After cutting M.Moore and B.Gibson the Dolphins will free up about $10M in Cap that they can use on next years cap. With only Odrick and Pouncey being the only 2 priorities. Some interesting position battles on Offense. My picks going into training camp. QB Tannehill Devlin Jensen RB L.Miller K.Moreno D.Williams D.Thomas FB/H-Back C.Clay TE D.Sims M.Egnew A.Lynch WR Wallace Hartline Landry Matthews Hazel O-line LT-Albert LG-Turner C-Pouncey RG-D.Thomas RT-J.Jones S.Smith S.Brenner J.Fox DE Vernon Wake Jordan Shelby Fede DT Odrick Starks E.Mitchell Francis OLB Misi Wheeler Tripp Edwards MLB Ellerbe Jenkins D.Johnson Thompson CB B.Grimes J.Taylor C.Finnegan W.Davis W.Aikens FS D.Jones L.Delmas SS R.Jones J.Wilson K TBA P B.Fields

I bet A.Williams will have a better rookie year than C.Hyde.

I give credit that it was one of the most in depth mocks, (5 picks in each round) It would put Mike Mayock to shame.

Cocoajoe, I don't expect anybody to stand up for Ireland. But Hickey's job isn't really that hard. He just has to put the finishing touches on the team Ireland built. All the way down to the Coach and The QB.

I just "Scouted" me a punk that needs checking. One who says he never USES another name and sole purpose is to jock ride the Dashi Express.

You really are dense Chair, What you do is repeat what you are told since that is what your life consist of. That and Hate Dashi. Cause your ignorance and Hatred blinds you from the fact you rambling idiot. Scout- To examine, inspect, or observe for the purpose of obtaining information. It must hurt beng that stupid. Now you can go back to pounding your head on the wall for recreational purposes. Retard. Since you want to take things literal. Learn the definition of the word you idiot. Would you like to tell the people of this blog how you had a train ran on you with a package of Garcia Sausages. Come on you Weiner schnitzel, your arms are to short to box with God.

MIT, I wouldn't be proud of James Carey. Just kidding, he is the closest thing to Jerry Lewis. His comedy is so good his acting is underrated. YG/Sam/Shane is probably like Finkle, some crazy two gender with a vendetta.

NeMo, The Talent on our front 7 is already pretty good, adding a player like Shazier will take us into that Elite Level. My only problem is Coyle wouldn't know how to use him. You imagine a Nickel package of DE-Wake DT- Odrick DT- Vernon DE- Jordan LB- Shazier LB- Ellerbe CB- B.Grimes NB- Finnegan CB- J.Taylor FS- R.Jones SS- D.Jones

Chair, That is the difference between us and you. We scout, we research before we open our mouthes. We make educated opinions on what we know and learn. You come out here and talk out your ass repeatedly like Ace Ventura. It is like some sick pathological disease with you. C.Hyde is a first rounder, right. Maybe you should do some scouting of your own before opening up your big mouth.

Cocoajoe, That was Ireland's downfall. He built the team from nothing to run a Power Run Offense with a 3-4 Defense, then switched to a Spread WCO with a 4-3 Cover 2. He went to the opposite side of the spectrum on both sides of the ball. If they would have stayed the course and signed a Guy like Harbaugh when they could have, or a C.Pagano. Ireland would have still had a job. And J.Martin would have never been drafted by Miami.

Wally, My scouting doesn't go 7 rounds deep. If I had to use a 7th rd pick it would be on the Best Kicker Available and Cut Sturleft. I am not a Gator fan, and I saw him miss a bunch of Kicks in College, and in his first season as a Dolphin the same thing. Wide Left!! Sturgis has a good leg but he is to inconsistent and seems to come up short in Big Moments.

F4L, I admit I liked the Ellerbe signing and still do. I was never fond of Wheeler, but he was on my list to replace the other 2 Scrubs. I wanted D.Smith who Baltimore signed and was an anchor for the Jaguars for the past decade. With a guy like Shazier, and his 4.3-40 speed you don't have to worry about Ellerbe having to do to much. And D-Jordan is 6'7" 270+lbs, doubt that he will be pushed around as an OLB in the run game. I would actually go LOLB- D.Jordan MLB- Shazier ROLB- Misi But I know that would really be a S.Henderson size Dream with Coyle as DC. With that said, I am still on the S.Henderson bandwagon, just instead of the 2nd or 3rd, I will draft him in the 5th or 6th.

My last mock before the Draft 1- Shazier LB 2- M-Bryant WR 3- J.Mewhort RT 4- A.Williams RB 5- B.Linder OG 6- J.Franklin QB

Draft S.Henderson. 2nd round or later. About a week away from the draft. Time to see what Mr. Hickey is made of. His job could be on the line if he tanks this draft. Or he could set up to be the GM for the next 10 years if he does his job right. The Dolphins had 3 Major Holes to fill going into the off season if they plan to be a playoff team. #1 Left Tackle, #2 Right Tackle, #3 Offensive Guard!! As of right now the Fins have only filled out 1 hole. Maybe 2. The Fins need to get at least 1 Starter on the offensive line in this draft. Hopefully 2.

Bush touched the ball 200+ times, Wallace touched the ball about 70. How is Not having Bush hurt us? Bush is already hurt. He won't play all 16.
