So, there was no apology from the Supt. or inept Board to me for not calling Kirby out of order for laughing at me or taunting me while I was speaking about my son last week. Their are going to put a new policy in place regarding conduct at meetings. I guess they didn't bother to read the code of conduct policy that already exists, or the BOE policy that also exists. Minerva and D'Agostino should not have any part in the hiring or selection process of new counsel. Isn't the board and Supt. capable of making their own decisions? Maybe not, since they have done such a bang up job with the rest of their hiring decisions. Did I mention that there is once again no Asst. Supt. Finance? That means that in two years, this board has managed to rip through 4 Finance heads in 2 years...Star Dinio, James Rose, Michael Ivanoff and Anthony Cashara. So, do we have any confidence that the group that has such a poor track record will hire the right legal firm? Gee...wonder who they will get that will do the same thing to circumvent the Special Ed laws? Michael Inzelbuch, from Lakewood Nj might be an option for this lame bunch. I wonder if he is still in litigation by the watchdogs in Lakewood? We can start over from where we began with D'Agostino! I just want to clear something up, Kirby left the building 5-10 minutes before I and the remaining parents left the building. We were all shocked to see Kirby laying in wait for us alone in the parking lot. Was I scared to see him? Yes! He is a former Marine, who knew what he was capable of? Obviously, he stayed to fight, so I immediately called RPD. Last point, I was not using the podium to 'bare her soul'. I was explaining that parents were not aware of options to appeal a test score and parents were not aware of summer school options. Kirby was not just smirking at first, he was actually laughing as I said my son failed by one point, then he began taunting me. It's all on video.

Well, it takes a lot for me to be at a loss for words. But that is pretty much where I find myself today. To think that a lawyer and a former Marine would disgrace both professions using the worst name anyone could conger up against a woman is unforgivable, unprofessional, unethical and despicable. That said, it will not silence me! Instead, it will serve as a reminder that no matter the abuse I and others have suffered at the hands of those in power, it is nothing in comparison to the suffering of our downtrodden, beleaguered public school students. I plan to pursue every legal option that I have at my disposal. I come from tough Irish stock and I will not be intimidated by Kirby or any other bully that crosses my path. I want to thank Shmarya for keeping this story alive. I also want to thank all of those who follow, comment and support the public school students in ERCSD. I do believe that the righteous will prevail and there is nobody on earth more righteous than an innocent child. Thanks for the support.
