Have to agree with several posters who infer or state clearly that it's all a distraction from addressing child abuse, financial schemes and crimes that make the Italian mob envious. Remember this: EVERY sizable organization in history that has no women in management is always and proven to be both financially and sexually corrupt... as in Boy Scouts, Catholic Church, you can go on all day without thinking of an exception. Even if you could name an exception, it is unlikely to be found in Orthodox Judaism.
