Action News that what I have said. Cannot find a mutual agreement reached anywhere. Oh well I guess we just go with the same team that just beat the Pats. I like our chances........... Miami- 27 Buffalo-20

72D on Sept 14 1992. Monday night football. I freelanced for MNF for 10 yrs and was working that night. Marino wins the game at stroke of midnight, his bday, on a last minute drive. Marino and I are walking off the field together I have my hand on his shoulder as the MNF TV feed goes out to the nation. I happen to have it on tape, thanks to Mark Mandel former ABC Sports Executive! That game was a classic so it can be found on the net.

I cannot find anywhere the proof that the NFL accepted the NFLPA proposal. So the point is most likely moot.

I don't imagine either Jones or Jordan start but I feel that Philbin will get them on the field in certain situations. They are just too talented to leave on the bench in a game against a hated division rival.

72D you lived close to the OB?? Thanks for letting me park on your lawn so I could attend a game. Notice that the Dolphins have not been the same home team since leaving the OB???

They have both game planned for buffalo last year. They can play. They should only play if they are an upgrade to the position.

If Jordan and Jones are available to the team then they should play. They were in attendance for all off season work and pre-season. They have only missed last week and this week. They are on defense and know all the calls They should play if available. That's my 2 cents!!

SWC could you just move on from the death of your children? America was attacked on 9-11...UNPROVOKED...I might add. People went to work and never came home?? What was there crime?? That they were American? This you don't just move on from. Why do you constantly have to stir the pot?

I am debating making the long shuffle off to buffalo to witness the coming BBQ of some buffalo prime rib?? Its 8 hours by car and that darn city is a zero for entertainment. I cannot get anybody to go there because there is zero to do...unless you bowl or like wings??? MIT or Craig are you guys going?

Well said F4L....and I agree. usually there are too many people to fit on the plaza at Ground Zero...today the crowd was much smaller....if it was 3k I may be exaggerating. Each year we forget more and more....except for those that lost somebody on that day and since from 9-11 related diseases. People don't realize we are still dying from 9-11!

Thanks Craig. I just got back from the ceremony and wanted to clear my head. Figured I was safe on Miami Dolphins blog but I was wrong. Its a tough day I lost 3 co-worker/friends/brothers that day. David Lemagne Robert Cirri Leonard Hatton May they RIP

To the conspiracy theorists. I was there. I witnessed the 2nd commercial aircraft fly into the tower. I witnessed the towers fall with a deathly silence. So please just for today keep your opinions to yourself. Let the people that lost loved ones mourn in peace. On this solemn day In NYC and the USA please keep those who gave all to save the lives of the thousands of people we saved that day in your thoughts. I also ask that we remember the almost 3000 people that lost there lives that day. My license plates say it all RMBR 911.

Stats mean nothing. Barry Sanders sucked, Charles Barkely too, Barry Bonds, Earl Campbell, Dickerson, Ewing, Fouts, Jim Kelly, Karl Malone, Warren Moon, Reggie Miller, Randy Moss, O.J., Tarkenton, LT none won a championship. I guess they all sucked also Posted by: Marc | September 08, 2014 at 03:51 PM Funny you bring these guys up. They ALL won a Championship on some level in their lives. Marino won ZERO in pop warner on up!!LOSER at husband, father, QB and broadcaster. Worse of all is quitter as Dolphins Exec after only a few day on job. Don't EVER try to compare Marino to Jim Kelly or Fran Tarkenton. Both took their teams to 4 Super Bowls that's 3 more each than Danny boy!

The funny thing is that MarC would have said the very same crap about the greatest Dolphins QB of all time.....BOB GRIESE!! He was so much like Tannehill that its uncanny. I only hope we can put a complete team around TH so that we can get the same results! CHAMPIONSHIPS!!

MarC I know the TRUTH hurts.......

Bill....he could toss a mean spiral at over 100 mph. Posted by: NHFinsFan | September 08, 2014 at 03:38 PM Yes he did but he was a LOSER at EVERY level of play! Stats mean nothing its all about Championships. I would venture that if Tannehill keeps improving as the Dolphins improve he will have something Marino will NEVER have......a Championship Ring!!

Ellerbe is no great loss. He and Wheeler have sucked since they arrived. MarC no surprise that you support the abuse of women. Hopefully your sweet daughter will not meet up with an abuser when she grows up.....what a BUFFOON you are bruh!! As to your continued lack of knowledge in regards to QB play. Tannehill is not now nor will he ever be Marino. For that we should be thankful. Marino NEVER won any Championships at any level. NEVER!! He sigle handedly ruined the end of Shula's HOF career as well as JJ's Career! Marino was and still is a failure in every facet of his life. Bad QB, Bad husband, Bad Father and Bad broadcaster! Enough said!
