Carrie - Im so glad youre reading Orphan Train. I just kind of stumbled on to it but then really, really connected to it. Ive downloaded three new books to my iPad for my trip to Thailand.

Kym - 1Q84 is a very long read. This one goes much faster, and I like it better (although I like all of his writing which is unlike my usual reading.)

Thanks. It really does make you look at things differently, doesn't it? Actually, I DID go to the hardware store in search of items that could rust and after an initial look of "WHAT?!", I got a nice little tour of the store and came home with some goodies which are now in a jar of vinegar and salt and working on their rust!

Hi Nat - Thanks so much. I am just starting out but very much enjoying the whole process (and I just COULDNT leave books out of the equation!) Yes, Jude Hills work (and kind words) have helped me stretch past the square limits of quilting! Bonnie
Who would have guessed, right?!
