I absolutely love placement day, especially when it's in the office. The new parents leave with their baby, and everyone is smiling and happy. I love it! I just saw a picture from a match meeting between a birth mother and her boyfriend and adoptive parents. The women look very similar, and the men as well...even down to the plaid shirts they're both wearing. It looks like a happy beginning is on the horizon! Continue reading
