Whether your membership is international or you simply host international guests at your events you can use Membee functionality to help keep your data clean. Use phone and postal code masks to set at the Country level to maintain data consistency in your records. The Country is where phone and Zip/Postal code masks are set. Masks are created using a series of numerals or characters and are applied to the data entered in Membee records. For example, you can set the phone mask as: 99999-99999 = 12345-67890 99999-AAAAA = 12345-abcde ?????-????? = 341A3-45AAA If the mask field is left blank... Continue reading

Even if you aren’t connected to a payment gateway your members can still register for your Events online and can receive their invoices for the events via email. Or perhaps you have events where you choose to let the registrant request an invoice rather than paying immediately by credit card. Membee can handle that as well. When a member registers for an event and chooses "Invoice Me Later" as their payment type the invoice is created and sent as the registration is accepted (automatically or by you). Membee: Posts an invoice Sends an E-bill Writes a note to the member's... Continue reading
