"Why are we supposed to pretend that the sexes aren't different, that biology doesn't matter? When did reasonable boundaries between men and women, as well as respecting rights to basic privacy, become bad things?" Everyone is different. Sex, race, age, etc. are not deciding factors and shouldn't be. I'm much more comfortable with some females than some males (and vice-versa, of course). If we want a society where people treat each other equally we have to stop institutionalizing this kind of bullshit. We did it with race, and now it's time to do it with sex/gender.
