Wow, I can't believe the feedback here. If you work that hard, you'll get burnt out, or get old and bitter, oh wait. The only thing I disagree with is the lateness piece. Often a job interview is at a place that is hard to get to or confusing to navigation or has bizarre parking. If you're interviewing hard, it's just not possible to get there an hour early and sit outside to ensure you're perfectly on time. As an interviewer I don't begrudge people for being a bit late. Expecting perfect punctuality is akin to intolerance for me. Things happen, life happens, sometimes it's just unavoidable, unless you work 24/7 in which case I'd not want to hire you either. Otherwise I think this is a great advice, "my only weakness is I work too hard" is so trite and cliché that I groan/eye-roll hearing it and press for a better answer.
