What I'm stating is that stoning exist in Jewish Law (The Torah) whether Jews enforce it or not.If you ask the Rabbis whether this law of stoning have been abrogated they would answer in the negative. Just as the law of sacrifice exist,the reason these laws are not implemented is because the absent of the Temple and a true Jewish State base on the Tanakh, Jewish Law.If and when this situation exist (Jewish State) stoning as a punishment would and will be implemented.
