Hello! Aly Dosdall here from the design team to share with you one of my family’s favorite holiday traditions--the Christmas countdown. We’ve done a few different kinds over the years, and my kids always get excited to count down the days until Santa’s arrival. This December we’re super excited to try out the new Christmas Is Coming Display Accents on our Magnetic Display for our countdown. These display accents are so versatile and easy to use. If you want something that’s quick and easy to put together then all you have to do is place the activity stickers on the... Continue reading

It's that time of year again--school supplies, meet-the-teacher night, stocking up on juice boxes and chips for lunches! While in the lunch-making mode, why not take a few minutes to make some fun lunch box notes to surprise your child or grandchild. Imagine the smile on their face as they pull out a loving handmade crafty note at the lunch table. I know my girls will be surprised! To create these, I cut some fun tags from the Cheerful Storybox papers using my cricut machine and the Traveler Cricut Cartridge. I love using storybox papers for cutting and punching because... Punches are near the top of my go-to scrapbooking supplies list. They're a quick, easy way to create handmade embellishments and add flare to your pages. The new Hexagon and Star Place 'n' Punch tools are great because you can punch them anywhere you need to on your page, and they happen to be some of my favorite shapes! Hexagon Place 'n' Punch Layout Idea This punch makes adorable accents when used with patterned paper (I'm a huge hexagon fan), but using it with photos results in a fun and different look. This works especially well with photos that are... Continue reading

Hello! Aly here again to share some fun birthday projects with you. Before the end of the summer, we will have celebrated three birthdays at our house. And one of them is a "big" birthday, which in our family is every four years--4, 8, 12, 16. That means lots and lots of friends and a huge celebration. That also means I've got to get my act together and start planning! I was so thrilled to see the release this month of the new Stamper System with the Birthday Wishes stamp set. My mind filled with ideas for invites, crafts, and... Continue reading
