Brilliant!! I think it especially fits that Sheldon is Lawful Neutral and Amy is True Neutral. Completely fitting.
Because if you're going to be evil, just go all the way to chaotic.
I love these alignment charts that are currently going around the Internets at the speed of meme; it isn't very often that D&D and pop culture references overlap, after all. As you can imagine, I especially love this one: There are several other charts at Mighty God King, where they're in the ...
"There are a ton of reasons I may not book this job, but not doing the best I could do won't be one of them."
Brilliant. Those are the best auditions. Those are the ones that you have fun just auditioning for them & hope that you book them so that you can have more of that fun. I love reading about you going through your creative process, both as an actor and as a writer.
Thanks for being so darn relatable, Wil!
Point me down the right line because it's time
"Let me in from the cold. Turn my lead into gold. Because there's a chill wind blowing through my soul, and I think I'm growing old." -Pink Floyd. In addition to Project Do Something Creative Every Day for the Rest of the Year, I am in the middle of Project Exercise Every Day For The Rest of the...
Aww, hang in there, teenage Wil. 30's Wil made of awesome will thank you one day, and so will all of his fans. Thanks!
in which teenage me is a deer in the headlights
Most of us are awkward teenagers; it's a class feature that stays with us until we level up to our twenties. But most of you didn't have your awkward teenage years play out in front of the world, preserved for future generations to enjoy, thusly: Talk about deer in the headlights! Everything a...
I absolutely love thinking like this. There is a pair of trees in my neighborhood that reach across the street like an archway of color, wishing me a beautiful day.
<3, Wil! Enjoy the simple beauty.
the circling hawks
Two days in a row, in two different places, twenty miles apart, I’ve seen two hawks circle in the sky above me. I know it’s simple coincidence, but I like to believe that they’re the same pair, soaring gracefully and beautifully on thermal currents just for me, so I don’t forget to appreciate th...
Eeek! Cuh-reepy! Very nicely written, Wil. Happy Thanksgiving!
Short Fiction: 239 Sycamore St.
While walking through my neighborhood yesterday, I wondered what actually went on behind those manicured lawns and drawn curtains. I wondered how much I really knew my neighbors. This is what my brain spat out: Ian missed living in a city that didn’t keep any secrets from him, where everything ...
Mad Scientist Wil is an image that is begging to be drawn! Can't wait to see the fruits of your labors when they all come together and become ALIVE!
a whole lot of good exercise
Today's effort to do something creative didn't result in anything I can actually publish (yet), but was still enjoyable and worthwhile, and I wanted to share something about the experience that I hope some of you find useful. I'm disappointed that I don't have anything to point to and say, "hey,...
Love the show, Wil. I am very happy to know where I can get a full orchive of the show now. Excellent!
Radio Free Burrito: Episode Thirty
Holy Crap, it's time for a new episode of Radio Free Burrito! On this RFB, I deliver a bunch of weird audio collected from the internets, a whole lot of thank yous, and a reading from the special edition of The Happiest Days of Our Lives. Show Notes: The logo was designed by WWdN:iX reader Marc...
It's really such a travesty when you get a version of something that you sublimely enjoy that just becomes the definition of suck. I had that happen with a steak the other day. It was just awful. It was as though it had decided that since it had been cooked to the consistency of shoe leather, that it may as well go the full nine and taste like feet. It made a little part of my soul cry until I had good steak again.
the frozen pretzel conundrum
I am slowly but steadily finding my way back to that mysterious land where I feel motivated and inspired to write something every day. I blame Fallout: New Vegas for wrapping me up in an interesting world every night, and a giant stack of comic books that reminded me how much I love superhero st...
Awwww. Enjoy those! They are often elusive.
good afternoon
This is one of those times when a picture is worth a thousand words.
