"As expected, Marcus now says Miami is his leader and he will decide anytime between tonight and NLOID. He says the depth chart is better at Miami and the offensive coordinator is coming form the NFL."

"Rumors started about Danny Langsdorf, the Oregon State football team’s offensive coordinator, being courted by Miami coach Randy Shannon." http://www.gazettetimes.com/gtblogs/cliff_kirkpatrick/?p=684

Don't forget Nic Harris-SS, Lendy Holmes-FS will be gone. It would be huge if UM can upset OU in it's second game. Do you think that would get us into the rankings?

NEW TWIST IN BRYCE BROWN SAGA??? Since yesterday, Rivals.com is reporting a "New Twist in the Bryce Brown Saga." Manny - do you know what Rivals is talking about? I'm shaking in my boots out of fear of losing BB (and cuz it's freezing in NYC). Thanks! CanesFanStuckInNYC Posted by: CanesFanStuckInNYC | January 14, 2009 at 10:21 AM I think the new twist might be that USC has made BB an offer or that he will not sign on NLOID like Pryor did last year.

By M Bakas. Brian Buter (Brown's mentor) says that Brown had a great visit to K-State and that USC and Tennessee have also been back in touch recently. Bryce's plan is to go to Miami on his last official visit, but he wants to see who they hire as an OC before he does anything. http://www.recruitingplanet.com/forum/miami-hurricanes/8374-09-ks-rb-bryce-brown-miami-verbal-2.html

"atlcane... sure a few players have turned out to be great ball players, as you have mentioned. but what about kyle, kirby, leggett, shields just to name a few. dont tell me coker didnt recruit well, we had some really nice classes under him. the staff just couldnt help them get any better. thats why boise would destroy us. their players get better, ours...not so much lately. " Unbearable That's easy to answerKyle, Kirby, leggett, and shields all played offense.

"the problem at Miami is talent development, and that problem will continue as long as randy is here" Yeah I guess RS should have done a better job developing talent like Brandon Merriweather, Jonathan Beason or even Kenneth Phillips. Yeah none of those guys I just mentioned are playing in the NFL today.

I say let him play anywhere but UF or UT. Let him play in the ACC. Just think of how many INT's our D will have on that day. H e l l Marve playing on another team we face could be the most help we could ever get out of him.

How about this UM let's Marve go to any school but LSU, UF or UT. Would that make anyone happy?(apparently not only do you have to make the player happy but the parents along with the national media happy oh and can't forget the ?HS coach.) The point in letting Marve go to USF or UCF is so he could be closer to home. RS and UM are doing this to show that neither Marve or his son care about being close to home. Are you telling me that if Marve was allowed to transfer anywhere that UM would still have a shot at Charles?

Has anyone heard about the NFL putting salary caps on rookies? Will that play apart in the near future? I am cruious as to what would happen if you take Harvin and Tebow out of the equation? After Rainey got hurt last night I was watching to see if any of the other RB's would pick up the slack. Jeff Demps didn't do that great. Here are the numbers of rushing yards by the "fastest running back's in the nation". Rainey had -3 yrds on one carry. Demps had 23 yrds on 9 carries. Moody O yrds on one carry. Like I said if you take out Tebow & Harvin this team only has 20 yrds on 11 carries.

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/football/ncaa/09/04/shannon0910/ I am sure most UM fan's are familiar with this story. It brings up a lot more arrest in it than what was posted here.

I think that if Florida wants to stay competitive recruiting the state of Florida. Then yes, Urban needs to make better inroads to some if not all the schools in South Fla.

FYI - Per Scout we haven't offered Tevin a scholarship. Posted by: CG | January 06, 2009 at 09:44 AM Check out this site from what I have read it seems UM has made an offer. http://www.recruitingplanet.com/forum/miami-hurricanes/9306-09-fl-s-tevin-mccaskill-official-offer.html

Whatever happened to Chaz Washington or Ian Symonette? That guy is a giant. I am happy seeing Ray Ray fly all over the place during the Under Armour game. Dye looked good too. Just needs to bulk up but that will come. I wasn't shocked that Debose didn't follow suit. He has been told he will replace Percy. I like the way Ray Ray made his pick. Do you think he saw what xavier nixon did? Reid looked good to can't wait to see how Miller will do. I agree with most everyone saying we need OL.I would like to see a OC that has NFL exp with OL and QB coaching. Just think what these guys can do with a great OL. One that can open up holes and pass block.

Michael Moore can take his fat ass to cuba the next time he needs medical attention, and see how well that works for him. Moore is a sicko.
