It depends on how far is new major (world) conflict... Becasue between wars main cocern is economy (etc industry), but if there´ll be some new bigger conflict (war) weapon technology would made another leap forward...
PS: All mentioned by me earlier can be used in weapons of new age... Just look at Transformers :D:D:D

In time, through technologies, what technology would we see first that is similar to the technology on Pandora?
I would rather say Mechs, Buldozers and Helicopters :)
Well humanity is only starting to exlore technology witch allow to build supercomputers (smallest tranzistor conists of 6 atoms...) while mechanics, aerodynamics and material eneneering are already well integrated into industry... :D

Maybe its not the right place for me to say something but:
Life if a b**ch but the harder are obstacles the better person you´ll become, what matters are that you have to go forward no matter what... Optimism helps, and sweet things to (cakes, sweets, icecream and such, esspecialy cocholate :D)

Basicly time inerprets extent of mass transformation... so if you will be able to put all particles of mass in exactly the same positions from which they begun their movement, you can say that mass was time traveling :D:D:D (traveling in time into past...)
