Well said, sir. I read your point as it was originally intended but yes; I can see how it may have been misconstrued. You're absolutely right; there's a culture of entitlement amongst young people. I worked as a teacher in both primary and secondary education here in the UK and it was astonishing how much 1) kids expected to be pandered to and 2) actually got pandered to. Education needs a shake-up, particularly in the UK—I can't speak for the States. But the attitude of kids needs a kick up the arse.
