I am a universty professor who's been 'doing water' for almost 40 years. In my spare time I am President-for-Life and Supreme High Armed Forces Commander of the Republic of Campanastan.
Interests: travel, f. scott fitzgerald, seinfeld, reading, writing, baseball, bicycling, collecting quotes, convertibles, water issues, music (good ol' rock 'n roll, with a tendency towards doo-wop, classical), developing countries, robert kaplan, thomas wolfe, "feelin' alright" by joe cocker, "sky pilot", trying to make the world a better place.
