So, I can't even begin to tell you how many things I've made using my mixer this week...I used it almost every day and some days more than once. But let's see if I can remember...I made Hamburger Steak again on Monday (one of hubby's favorites), and I whipped up... Continue reading

I'm so excited! Today marks one full year of cloth diapering baby number three and I have a few thoughts about this. 1) I wish had cloth diapered my older two (I guess that answers any questions about how it's going). 2) I love how much $$ I'm saving! 3)... Continue reading

Sooo, I don't normally sew. With three girls, I have made my fair share of Barbie doll clothes but I don't really feel that counts: the Barbie dolls can't complain and if they know what's good for them, neither can my girls. :) Last weekend, however, I hosted a Ladies... Continue reading

Ahem. It is now time for a public apology to the Squished Hippie. Yes, it’s amazing what a little education, badgering peer pressure, and sense of empowerment do for a poor lost soul. Yes, Asian Betty is now cloth diapering. Sigh. You win, I lose…and then win. Here is my... Continue reading

To submit your answer there is a mostly gray button to click at the bottom of the poll. My answer was a tough call between starting every sentence with a snort of sarcasm (pig) or a hoot of laughter (monkey). In the end, I went with what would be more fun and picked monkey. Hoo Hoo Ha Ha!
The perfectionist in me has a really hard time letting go and letting the kids do the actual design work...but the end result is actually so much cuter when it comes from their hands. SO, my input was minimal. These cards are really fun and Big Sister (6) and Middle... Continue reading

A bunch of us embarked on a weight loss journey and here is my tip for the day on portion control. Often, we learn a portion size and over time, that size begins to increase and increase until it's not even remotely the same amount of points or calories. Tip... Continue reading

Ha! When I was pregnant with my first, I secretly wanted to have twins so I could have less pregnancies down the road. Theeeeeeeeen I gave birth and started dealing with life with an infant and immediately thanked the Good Lord for just giving my babies to me one at a time. :)

Natasha, my husband would give almost anything for a Zip Pac right about now! But he and I both crave Aiea Heights plate lunches the most. Well, that and a Korean plate lunch. :)
Haha, too funny you screamed off the hummer. Good for you!
