Here are a few ideas:
1. Instead of paying rent for office space, let people work at home and use part of the savings to have periodic "company conventions" in different parts of the country/world.
2. Pay offshore technical talent a premium for shifting their work hours to coincide with your local timezone.
3. If you are raising venture capital, bring a term sheet with you for discussion purposes.
