Here are a few ideas: 1. Instead of paying rent for office space, let people work at home and use part of the savings to have periodic "company conventions" in different parts of the country/world. 2. Pay offshore technical talent a premium for shifting their work hours to coincide with your local timezone. 3. If you are raising venture capital, bring a term sheet with you for discussion purposes. -B.

Kip, Anytime you take a chance with someone, it's an experiment in trust. But you are right - just because somebody didn't steal your lunch, doesn't mean they won't try to claim credit for your work when you are on vacation. ...not like that actually happened to me or anything.... -Barry.
