Totally disappointed with their service. Delivery date was set for Saturday. I checked the order status and waited all day. At 9:30 PM I checked and the status date had changed until 9/26. Cancelled the entire order and will never order again.

Yeah for Aveda. It does take a little longer, but well worth it. Aveda also has Advance Student appointments and the cost goes up from $12 to $18. If you are really picky, the $18 is a steal. I've gone 3 times and I've been really pleased.
