Beginning Friday, December 10th, the state of Oregon will launch a new foreclosure prevention program - The Oregon Homeownership Stabilization Initiative (OHSI). The program will help at least 5,000 Oregon homeowners pay their mortgages for up to one year, or $20,000, whichever comes first. USDA 502 guaranteed and Direct Loan programs are fully funded! This is good news for buyers and sellers in Oregon and nationwide.
