I'm off to the hospital today at 2pm. The surgery is scheduled for tomorrow. A week in the hospital : sounds almost like vacation! :D I'll try to stay in touch with you guys, depends whether I can get a wifi connection there! hugs hugs!

Well you've just described exactly how I've been feeling about blogging for a while now, hence my break from it since July. I've still been visiting blogs and commenting, but just not posting anything. It started to feel like a chore and I have also been picking up this commercialism vibe, follow me on twitter, facebook, hop on one leg and I'll give you a prize. It's all getting a bit overwhelming. So I, like you have been thinking, I'll blog when I please, about the things I love and not because I feel I have too. I started blogging in the first place because I felt like I'd taken so much inspiration from other peoples blogs, and I wanted to hopeful, inspire and meet like minded people.
Thank you for being so honest in your post, it makes a refreshing change. You've always been a massive inspiration to me, even more so now!

You can have an appliance made called a soft bite raise appliance. It is made out of soft vinyl and you wear it over your lower teeth, it helps prevent sensitivity from clenching and grinding. I grind my teeth in my sleep and found this really helped. :)
