I'd like to plug my website, http://collabedit.com, it's a collaborative text editor with syntax highlighting. Where I work our phone interview consists of about 20 multiple choice questions covering basic concepts like algorithms, recursion, databases, OOP, etc. We also like to have them write code on the phone using collabedit.
